Off the beaten path, and worth it!  Frankly, it escaped my notice until my daughter brought out it on my radar.  And it was worth it - the menu isn't huge, but the dishes are highly customizable, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent.  I'm not even a huge fan of Greek food, and yet I still go back.  It's good food, and more importantly, it's something different from the two-dozen local pizzerias that comprise roughly half of the eateries in our area.

Freddie's Street Food is different, it's good, and worth the trip!

So I decided to go with this place because of how awesome these reviews are! The main thing I see is how "fresh" everything is and too good to be true with the inexpensive prices. So I ordered salmon chopped salad/French fries (awesome reviews! Had to try them) and a kid fried chicken pasta bowl for my son via Postmates! Everything was ordered, made and to my home within 30 mins with I appreciate. The salad and veggies add ons were perfect very fresh but the salmon was clearly from the freezer aisle and unattractive. I can say it wasn't totally dry but it was salty. My son chicken was also over done where he had to pick over the pieces. I can't say that I'll never try again but I might have to just pick it up myself and check the food. I'm disappointed because you can tell that things can be done correctly if the right cook was on that shift.

Ever since I moved to the area I've been on the hunt for authentic, yummy Greek food.

    Pro's:
    The place is very clean.
    The staff is very friendly.
    The fries were delicious!
The gyro meat is on a spinning thingamabob (don't know the proper term but I know that without one your gyro ain't legit).
Portions are good sized and priced fairly.

    Con's:
We went at dinner time and it was pretty clear a lot of the food had been sitting for a while which is really unappealing.
The gyro meat was sitting in a warmer.  I wish they had browned it on the flat top before serving.
The cook came out and ate his dinner then went back in the kitchen and started cooking. Ummm...you wanna wash your hands first?

Overall a solid addition to the area, especially since Greek food is hard to find.  Will I be back? Eh, probably for lunch. Do I recommend it? If you want to get a gyro fix, yes.

Great service & great Greek food ! The gyros & falafels
Were amazing .   On weekends, kids eat free and the owner was extremely nice.  The Restaurant is very clean as well!

Just discovered this place on DoorDash. So delicious! We miss our NYC Mediterranean dishes! Hummus is so legit!! We got the meat and chicken gyros as all. Meat melts jn your mouth! Only complaint is the fries. Arrived although super quick on deliver but the fries were extremely soggy and cold. Other than that- will be spreading the word how great the food is!
